AWeld Limited recognises the inevitability that many activities and processes it undertakes may, at some time, present a risk to the Health & Safety of its employees and possibly others.

 

This risk is minimised by the use only of properly trained and appropriately qualified personnel, and by strict adherence at all management levels to the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act and approved codes of practice.

 

We undertake a full Risk Assessment before any contract commences to highlight any possible dangers. Tool box talks are given to every employee within the company, the talks are carried out at the commencement of a contract and then usually in the first week of each month. These talks stress the need for personal protection as well as consideration for others.
