A Weld Limited is totally committed to providing the highest possible quality of service. The Company is approved by several international companies. The Quality Assurance system is based on the requirements of BS EN ISO 9002

 

All welders employed by A Weld Limited are qualified to produce welding to A.S.M.E 1X & BSEN 288-3 1992/A1:1997 standards in a variety of materials and thickness' covering most requirements. The fabrication and installation of pipework is undertaken to ANSI B.31.3 and Pressure Vessels to BS 5500 all categories.

 

Quality Plans are prepared reflecting all client requirements which are then submitted to the client for approval with all necessary backup information, including weld procedure specification and NDT procedures all in accordance.

 

All Contracts are closely monitored to ensure that Quality Assurance contract progress and completion dates are successfully achieved.
